Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the seller and any customer making a purchase on the PlasmaX.fr website. They apply to the sale of decks of 48 playing cards at a price of €10 within the European Union.

Article 2 - Price and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Payment is made exclusively via PayPal. The order is validated only after receipt of payment.

Article 3 - Order

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. After payment validation, a confirmation message will be displayed to the customer. If an order is placed for shipment outside the European Union, the purchase will be refunded, excluding management and PayPal fees.

Article 4 - Delivery

Products are shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping is done via postal service, in a bubble envelope with tracking. The customer may request a tracking number to monitor the shipment of their package.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations in force in the European Union, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason or pay penalties. The product must be returned in perfect condition, at the customer's expense. A refund will be issued via PayPal within 14 days following the receipt of the return.

Article 6 - Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to postal services or for losses or damages occurring during transport. If tracking still shows the package in transit after 30 days, the customer is invited to contact customer service at support@plasmax.fr and will be fully refunded.

Article 7 - Protection of Personal Data

The information collected during the order is intended to ensure its proper processing and is not extracted from PayPal. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data upon simple request.

Article 8 - Disputes and Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the seller's domicile (31).
